okay so that's summed a lot up, one more question..how do you work out your TDEE?

Oh my goodness! That is so confusing! haha I really don't have a clue how much I should be eating, I know my BMR is just under 1500 but I dont get the whole TDEE thing, and I am doing the "Insanity" workout so am burning at least 500 calories a day on top of my BMR.

I drink between 2 and 2.5 litres a day, as recommended :) Can anyone help on my post also please? Im fairly new to this and desperately need some help! Thanks
