Fatigue is caused primarily because of my work. Driving used to cause me more stress but thank god i finally made the best decision in my life to work for a company 4 miles away from work. I am active most but sometimes i get depressed and tired for no particular reason. Is too much caffeine a cause for depression?

Also retaining my muscle mass after a workout with my diet seems to be a challenge. Should i have a protein boost before or after work out? I hear we should have one after because the muscles tear and the protein is need to fix them and hence the muscle solidification process.

thank you for the heads up..apprecaite your time. cheers. I am taking Niacin, fish oil and metamucil after lunch. But yes i need to start taking multivitamins B vitamins in particular.

hi there.. I am not very good with portion sizes..i feel that i have to go for 2-3 servings of beans etc wheni need only one. Is that a behavioral thing or just the fact that i still need more protien?
