Yes - its hard to figure out how many calories you've burned after completing someting like Cindy, but its nice to have something handy to keep track of food intakes. I'm still experImenting with recipes, but if you ever need any ideas I'm full of them!

I've been doing Crossfit at a local box here for about 3 months. Going on my 2nd training cycle. Didn't really diet while I started Crossfit, but that is the goal now. I'm following a Paleo type of diet.
