Im on day 3 of the 30 day shred too.. I soo wanted to give up today, so sore and my body is just so tired! I somehow pushed through tho! Want to be friends and help each other?

You can look at mine, my goal is 1200 calories right now.. I have only been doing this for 3 days now though. I don't go over my carbs, fat or calories but I do go over in protein sometimes. I still make the same dinners we've always had, just more portion control now and a salad or steamed veggie for the side instead of a…

Hey! Im 25, a mother of a beautiful one year old girl, 5'7" and currently weigh 193 lbs (just started my diet & workout plan two days ago) my overall goal weight is 135 but right now im just working on the first 20 lbs! Lets be friends and help motivate each other along our journey :)

Great Job! What is your work out/ diet routine? I just started the 30 day shred, seen a lot of results with that and hope to have some great ones myself!
