Anything works if you stick to it - WeightWatchers and Atkins have both shed wight for me. Unfortunately, as everyone else has said, it's about keeping to the routine and keeping it off. Hi, I'm near Crewe and embarking on a 5:2 Programme. So far so good - love a diet where you can fall off the wagon every other day!
