  • I am just 1 pound short of the top of my goal range ( 6 ) for the bottom, I have not logged food for a few weeks as I'm trying to not rely on logging but learn what calories are in different foods. I also started the couch to 10k fitness programme 7 weeks ago. Just weighed myself now and have lost 0.5 lbs in a month,…
  • I started my journey in September and have just finished week 7. Really surprised that I managed to do 25 min run, although I did struggle for the last minute. Considering I could just about do a 90 second run 7 weeks ago I feel very motivated. Covered 4k today in 25 mins. To everyone-keep going, the negatives now will be…

  • I bought a fitbit one in April. And in July when I was close to my target I stopped logging any food with MFP to see if I had learnt what calories are in food and make a decision each day with food, and just used the fitbit to reach a calorie burn every day, and still lost 8lbs since. I use it on my 3 weekly runs and when…

  • Live in Warwickshire and have been using the app for 2 months, looking for people living near that enjoy cycling, as I find it sometimes boring cycling on my own
  • I piled on the weight 3years ago after herniating 3 lumbar discs, and only now suffer from lower back pain occasionally, but it did take 2 years for the pain to decrease. I found a regular Pilates class really helpful in strengthening my core and improving my flexibility. Also now do regular cycle rides, usually just…
  • Started using this app after piling on the weight 2 years ago with a back injury, and having knee surgery in December. Been using for 30 days and found it easy to change some of my eating habits, but now need a bit more motivation,
