http://www.moes.com/Food.php?ii=3 They have a nutrition calculator right on their website. I get their Jr. Burritos with chicken and avoid the high fat stuff and can have a very filling yummy burrito for about 350 cals!

Just 2-3 days won't really show you a true reflection. I think when you are experimenting you should do it for a couple of weeks. But I hope it works for you! You're not going to gain all of the weight that you lost back overnight so don't stress if the scale swings by a pound or two. Great job on the weight loss so far!

http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/44271018/ns/today-today_pets_and_animals/#.TlaEhBwSEpQ Here's a link to an article about it that a friend shared with me this morning. I definitely teared up while reading this, so touching but so heartbreaking at the same time.

Ooh yum this sounds delicious! I'm definitely going to have to try i asap!

I LOVE Zumba! I go to classes a few times a week and depnding on how much I put into it I burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in a 60 minute class according to my HRM (which has a chest strap). One small disclaimer though is that if you're going to classes the instructor makes a HUGE difference. I'm lucky to have amazing…

That doesn't surprise me at all. I found MFP and most other websites were highly overestimating the calories burned during my work-outs. Best thing I ever did was invest in a HRM! Mine is a Polar FT4 with a chest strap and I think it's a much better estimate of what I'm actually burning. On a side note, some Zumba classes…

I just tried this calculator to see how accurate it was and it was pretty close to what my HRM says I burn in an hour of intense zumba! I would use this to get a good estimate. However, I would definitely recommend investing in an HRM!

I've made a flatbread pizza that's yummy! Use an Arnold's flatbread (140 cals and I like the savory herb flavor) top it and throw it in the oven or toaster oven for about 10 mins. Yummy and really easy!

Everybody is different but for me I eat a small snack when I get home from work at 5:15 (cheese stick or granola bar) then go to Zumba from 6:30-7:30 and eat dinner when I get home. Works best for me.

Uncooked!

I belong to a local gym and I love it. I definitely utilize the classes the most which makes it 110% worth it. In the past I said, "I don't need a gym membership, I'll work out at home" problem was I NEVER did! By spending the $$ (about $30/month) it makes me more motivated to go since I don't want to waste my hard earned…

I've made flatbread pizzas before and they're delicious! Not pizza burgers but they definitely cure my pizza cravings! I use Arnold's savory herb flatbread, add some sauce, mozzarella cheese and a couple of pieces of pepperoni and voila! It's a generous portion of pizza for about 180 cals!

I absolutely love Zumba and most weeks it's my primary form of exercise. That being said, I'm lucky enought to have a gym that only has awesome instructors. They're all super high energy and all of the classes are a great work-out. I've been to classes at other gyms that are a waste of time and don't even feel like a…

Well first off congrats on getting a new job!! I work M-F 8-5 and I just can't for the life of my get up before work. I try to go right from work to the gym most days because I find it's easier if I get it done with right away. If I bring a sandwich for lunch it's usually tuna or turkey, I'm not much help on that end!
-
I have a Polar FT4 and it's awesome. It has a chest strap but is still super comfortable and I often forget I'm even wearing it. It was about $65 on Amazon and I love it! I definitely recommend any and all Polar products!! Good luck! Oh and there are TONS of topics in the message boards, try searching and I bet you'll get…

Yum these sound delish! FYI if you only make 2 dozen they're still only 99 cals each

I need to get some of these noodles!

I was married June 18th and I didn't worry about it at all for my bachelorette party which was June 4th. Granted, there were some subconscious decisions I made that were a direct result of MFP (having half the size slice of cake, having more salad than lasagna at dinner, etc.) but I didn't worry about calories or drinking…

It can be done!! Stick with it, I lost 45 lbs before my wedding in 6 months and I could have lost more but needed to maintain for a month so my dress would fit!! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding, it will hopefully be the most amazing day of your life so far!!!

Have you tried shopping at local farmers markets? I can get amazing deals and everything is so much cheaper there! We went shopping one Saturday morning and got all the fresh produce, fruits, meats, cheese, pasta and bread we needed for the week for less than $40!
-
I've only been married for a month and a half and my hubby never wears his to the gym. It doesn't bother me at all though. I trust him 100% and wouldn't have married him otherwise! I wear mine all the time no matter what but everybody is different! Edit to mention that I do mostly classes and cardio so the ring doesn't…

This sounds delicious!

Generally if the sickness is neck and up you're OK to work out. If it's below the neck don't! BUT the most important thing is to listen to your body. If you feel OK to work out then go for it! Just don't overexhert yourself.

HRM are not means to be worn just sitting around. They're meant to be worn during exercise only. You look pretty in shape so a resting heart rate of 82-89 is pretty high. They're not accurate for all day wear but they're much more accurate when wearing during exercise. Remeber you need to subtract your "living" cals from…

I bought a soda stream maker!! Seriously it's awesome. I promise I'm not trying to be an add but I love mine. It's just water and you had carbonation to it through CO2. Then you can add whatever you want to it. They have soda mixes that taste like the real thing but with way less cals and chemicals. Or I've started adding…

It's very easy to set up. You're ready to go within minutes. I definitely recommend having a chest strap. Mine doesn't bother me at all while I'm working out since it's fabric and pretty breathable. If it's only $56.29 buy it now!! I think I paid about $80 for mine!
