Nuts like almonds, cashews, pistachio's, etc. 2 tbsp of peanut butter on an apple and you've got almost 300 good, healthy cals right there!

I made it for dinner last night! I just put some foil on a baking sheet, put the tilapia on the foil and put on some Mrs. Dash lemon pepper seasoning on both side. Did you wet the strap really well before you used it? Maybe the transmitters weren't wet enough and they weren't signaling correctly

What type of HRM is it, does it have a strap? The wrist ones are generally less accurate because they don't constantly monitor your heart rate like one with a strap. 505 cals in 15 mins seems insanely high, I usually burn that in 45 mins of super high intensity! This may be the case for some people if you're easily discouraged by what you see on the scale but not everybody is. I weigh myself a couple of times a day BUT I only log my weight on Saturday mornings. I'm not obsessed with what it says and I don't let it get to me but I like to see how certain foods affect my body and it's ability to retain/lose weight!

My go-to healthy dessert is a fruit salad!! Or if you want to be a little more adventurous we always make an angel food cake and decorate it like the flag with cool whip, strawberries and blueberries. Yummy and low-cal!
