For this to work you have to drink a gallon of milk in under 60 minutes.

10 pounds of air.

And the first post of this discussion can shed a little more light on why it might seem low or whatever for your goals http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/818082/exercise-calories-again-wtf

I think MFP uses your BMR (they use Mifflin-St. Jeor), your NEAT (activity level), and how much you want to lose per week to determine your calorie intake.

My last week of SL in mid October I hit 105 for 5x5.

I see a ton of people deadlifting at my gym. It seems like Wednesday is everyone's deadlift day.

It's been a month. You've gotten stronger which is great, but changing your body composition isn't instantaneous. It's going to take some time. Additionally you may want to take measurements to track your progress rather than focusing on the scale. Good luck!
-
I love this so much!! Your progress is awesome and you are so great for sharing this!

I know. I don't get it either. Once you pick a goal you're stuck with that goal forever and ever and yet here we are with people settling in the goals department. It's a shame really.

Stare at other people at the gym and I'm a nosy jerk. Stare at myself in the mirror at the gym and I'm egotistical. There's no winning. I'm just going to work out with my eyes closed from now on.

Do you have Celiac Disease? If not then why cut out gluten entirely?
-
Yup. That.

That depends on 1. the store you buy your clothes from 2. your body composition. Losing 5-10 pounds won't necessarily make you drop a size. Besides the number doesn't matter all that much. You're the only one who can see it. It's not as if you have a huge neon sign above your head telling everyone you wear a size 8.

Throw the scale out.

Does it help if I wrap the unhealthy stuff in some lettuce before I eat it?

So if my calorie goal is 1500 and I go over by 1000 calories every day it doesn't matter as long as those calories are from the right sources? Where's the science behind this claim?
-
MFP won't go lower than 1200 calories no matter what you set as your weekly weight loss goal.
-
Holy crap! You look amazing! Great job :drinker:
-
I'd like to be around 20%.

To educate the sheeple.

Since a lot of protein powders are made with Whey-based protein it's obviously Big Dairy that's the problem.

Big Meat propaganda!

You have to be trolling.

I prefer to talk out of my *kitten*.

If OP was using MFP and exercise calories as they were meant to be used, sure. But eating too little and exercising because you're hungry and it will give you more calories IS unhealthy.
-
I'm not sure I understand. You ate 1200 calories, got to your goal weight, upped your calories and "stalled" at your goal weight which makes sense since it's your goal weight, but then decided to go back to 1200 calories because you were maintaining the goal weight?
