  • Me too :-) I don't drink from a glass, I have a 0,5 l bottle and drink a bottle in one time, during the day I drink 2 bottles before lunch, 1 bottle after lunch, 1 bottle with dinner.

  • Hi, try to go for a run while your oven heats your dinner. Prepare your meals in advance and heat them slowly in the oven. This give you about an hour to go excercise. Good luck with losing weight.

  • When it gets though I tell my self I'am light as a feather and can float. Or I try to picture myself running a race with lots of chearing people yelling to me that I'am doing great.
  • Just back from running 4,3 K. All parts are still in place. Only danger I had this morning was the unexpected bad wheater :-(. Husband came and saved me just before the thunder and lightning.
