  • If you really want to be able to eat it, I suggest building up slowly every day with more and more fibre in your diet. Once you reach at least 25g a day, it should be safe to add in kashi without too much stomach gas. If you go from a fairly low fibre diet to one with kashi that's major stomach trouble! lol

  • I use body fortress like the first responder. Depending on what else you want to do with it, consider which flavor you want to purchase because vanilla goes the farthest as far as uses. IE: I make protein smoothies, protein whole wheat no sugar carrot muffins, added protein peanut butter balls.
