i also will do a low carb diet to get a jump start. i started that this week and lost 6.5 lbs already, a lot of it is water but I feel better and it motivates me to keep going. i'll probably do it for 2 weeks and then add fruit and complex carbs to diet at that point.

so true, if i'm eating more i increase my exercise...if i'm not able to exercise I eat less....this really is just to maintain and not gain. But when i combine the two i begin to lose weight. only way to go.
