LOVE 100% whey protein muscle milk,,, chocolate flavor....I buy a huge container at costco it is about $30...mix it with ice and water.,,,,YUMMY and 27 or protein

I have to say that I usually workout on an empty stomach....however after speaking with my trainer, he told me that it is not go to do this. I work out 5:30-6:00 am and now I try to make a protein shake, protein bar or banana before I work out so that my body had the fuel for the workout I am doing....:flowerforyou:

ENELL WELL WORTH THE $$$$$$$$ think I bought it from amazon straight from the website....I used it to do my Triathalon....LOVE it...although it is very confining....and I am DEF large busted

First off WOW 9 children.....Welcome...and stay postive...It is great to have a friend to keep you motivated. For me , once I get going at the gym, it really does become a bit obsessive.... good luck on this journey. I am new to MFP...and so far Love it ~Jeanie

I am from NJ and there is not too much snow...didnt' make it to the gym yet..so I decided to shovel the snow....

I have never done the DVD but have done lots of classes....If you fo them right....focusing on the core..it is such an amazing workout and fun.. If you can find a class nearby...I would suggest to do it...Good luck with the DVD!!:smile:
