  • I'm 5'5.5" and have a goal weight of about 122-125lbs, which was where I was at before my last child. I have been thinner than that, but I think that is a good weight for me. Hoping to get there by summer!

  • I try to eat clean. Right now we are doing cooler 1, and I try to incorporate healthy recipes after that to keep it interesting.
  • I also like the Sargento reduced-fat cheeses. You can find them in almost any major grocery and they are not crazy expensive. Also when I'm at Sam's club I pick up a big block of Cabot reduced fat white cheddar. It's about $10 but lasts a long time and is great to use in many recipes.
