I would just like to eat larger amounts than have to limit myself to smaller sizes, I'm just the type of person that would not stop eating it once I started lol. Hoping that a healthier bread would fill me up more without making me feel guilty for eating to much.

I don't know if chocolate and pumpkin go good together but I guess its worth a try lol.

l LOVE Feta and blue cheese! Great suggestion, Plus stronger cheeses can be healthier and low cal for lots of flavor!!

For me I'm not used to eating big meals, I like to have a salad as a small meal, then a few of hours latter add an small entree, this helps me not to overeat.

Everything has calories!! BUT, Some foods are so few in calories, it takes more calories (or same amount of calories) to burn and digest the food than there are calories in the food. Examples... Fruits apple cranberries grapefruit lemon mango orange pineapple raspberries strawberries tangerine Vegetables asparagus beet…

Amazing as it is, I dollar tree shop a lot!!! They have bags of frozen mangoes, veggies, strawberries, turkey bacon and even chicken. They also have canned tuna 3-4 for a dollar, plus soy milk and almond milk! For me this is a great deal I compared the price per ounces with my local wal-mart and the dollar tree is less…
