I use to love to go to my gym and do step. I found a nice (step) at good will in my town for 3 dollars:) I use it every now and then to switch things up. Turn up the volume on your favorite CD and squeeze that beach ball LOL

Well I've had many of these moments but yet seemed to ignore all of them LOL... you both can add me if you like. I've been on this site since January 7th and so far have lost 30 pounds. It seems it may be hard at first, but I promise you this... if you stick to a plan and log every day and get in some exercise the weight will come off. best of luck to you both:)

ok so I take my BMR and multiply times 1.25 and that is how many calories I should try and eat a day? Dang this is so confusing.... I was eating 1200 a day and have since increased it to 1400 a day... I really want to understand this. Helppppppppp LOL

You can add me too if you like. I'm here every day and I encourage all my friends. I've had to delete some for the fact I was always leaving them messages and never got any in return. Think those were to busy adding to their large friend list and not really being a supportive system that we all need. :)

I take seroquel for depression and a sleep aide. I can't say it causes weight gain because the weight has always been there:). I can say that I don't like the feeling of groggy half the day when I awake in the mornings. But... my hope is to get off some weight and then hopefully get off all medicine. Let's face it... when…

You can do this! I too have over a 100 pounds to lose. Well I did now that I've lost some it's less than that. Take one day at a time and log in every day. Try to get in at least 8 glasses of water a day and exercise. Add me if you want and I'll encourage you along the way:) Best of luck to you:)
