First time posting here so hello everyone..... I'm doing pretty good for a Monday... lost two pounds so I'm feeling great! Lots of water and salads and plenty of fruit! Doctor has me back on my thyroid medication which has now got me losing again woohoo...anyways how is everyone else doing???

Right here, I have both. I joined MFP on January 7th and so far have lost 37 pounds and many inches. Best part is my thyroid was normal at last doctors visit and my cholesterol has dropped alot and my fibro has not bothered me once! Proves that the extra weight really does do damage to our bodies. I too had to have my gallbladder removed in January and that is why I joined MFP. I've lost 33 pounds since January 7th so heres to getting fit and healthier:) Good job on the weight loss.
