    Awesome job. You did it in 7 months wow. Proud of you. You have lost what I need to loose. I have been at it for a year now and am only down 34 pounds. Though I have health issues I am still plugging away. So Proud of you keep up the hard work it looks so good on you. :drinker: :happy: :glasses:

    Congratulations on the transformation, you look fabulous. I can only imagine you probably feel FABULOUS too.
    Thanks for posting what you're doing, I've been on MFP almost a year & only a 31 lb lost, I think I need to lower my calories a bit. The fitness center I attend, just put in a pool...opened the first of March, so I've been taking water aerobics & Water in Motion, & swimming laps, I love the water, but I might have to throw something else in, what do you think?
