hello there, I am very good at procrastinating and am trying to change that... I am beginning to become uncomfortable with myself and that is really not like ME at all...
Friends, encouragement and motivation is exactly what I need ;)

    You can do this!! I'm actually starting TODAY. I stepped on the scale today and gained 4 pounds in a week. Unacceptable! Hoping to do a fast walk/jog tonight! Goodluck, we got this!!

    All it takes is a made up mind and that first step toward getting it done. With that said I know how we can come up with every excuse to delay. Tomorrow never comes. I'm off to a dance mix jazzercise class in a couple of hours. Walking is a really good start. You burn calories and you have a real sense of accomplishment.

    From my iPhone I have to click on More -- Friends and then the + in the corner...enter their username where it says email
