I stayed the same.. 227.5.. TOM is arrives this week and I notice how bloated I am so that may explains reason I stayed the same. I did Zumba 5 days last week plus my one day workout with my trainer and all I sweated the scale should have changed. I got my two days in already so I am off to a good start on my Thanksgiving…

I did Zumba 4 days last week.... Mon, Tues, Thursday - 60 minutes and Saturday - 45 min... Wednesday - worked out with personal trainer for 60 minutes lifting weights and ab, biceps, triceps workout.. I lost 0.5 pounds:glasses: My weight now is 227.5

You all are doing a great job rather it 3 days, 4 or 5 days stay consistent and keep pushing. I will have to try this as well b/c my thunder thighs, hips and butt is wear I carry all my weight. lol!! Right now 6wk/6pack has my attention...
