I could definitely use some friends here on MFP. I mostly joined because I knew some people at work that were using it and then shortly after I started they stopped. I could definitely use the encouragement as I get discouraged sometimes when I don't see the results I want when I feel I've been working so hard.

I was 105 in high school but that was 20+ years and 2 kids ago. I don't want to be that skinny again but would love to get back down to around 135-140 from my current 172.

I've recently gotten hooked on radishes again as well, I hadn't had them for a while. They're healthy and have a nice crunch to them. I also love munching on red bell peppers or cucumbers cut into spears. For a non veggie I like raw almonds and also keep some 100 calorie snacks in my desk drawer at work at all times.
