Actually I was off the diet for three weeks and gained only one pound. SO thatss not accuate. This information is just for the people that want it.. IF you dont agree u dont have to comment on the post

Im 5'3 and at 131.7 but i wanna be at least 115

i guess i could be little scale obsessed. i weigh myself like twice a day. and ive been doing it for like three weeks the first week i lost 5 lbs n now im like gaining a pound one day then losing 2 the next then gaining two.

I hope so! My son will be 1 next month and i feel like this pooch will never go away. But im sure if we lose weight it will, even with the 5lbs ive lost its flatened a little

that baby weight is awful to get off thats what im working off too! my son turns 1 next month and im still working it off ! thank you for the answers, just nervous to eat that many calories, this losing weight thing has made me scared of food!
