Chalene Extreme is awesome. It is not fast paced like insanity but it is definitely not easy! It consists of 3 circuits, Burn, Push and Lean. I use it for sour cream all the time! I even put it on my kids tacos and they don't even know the difference:-) YUM!!!

I don't eat them all. When I do I just don't seem to lose weight but everybody's body is different. I try to eat some of them every night. I also try to listen to my body, if I am hungry I eat, if I am not I usually don't.

I have one ofthe exercise hula hoops that I bought years ago and didn't use bc I got pregnant. Thanks for reminding me I am def pulling it out tonight bc my stomach is my problem area and I want to incorporate it in my exercise routine to see if it helps:-) Feel free to add me and we can compare notes:-)

I don't know what it is but I have had similar problems and what helped me was to get a knee brace. I use it when I do intense cardio or running/jogging and I don't get knee pain at all anymore.I have one that has the side bars built in to stabilize it. It was odd feeling when I first used it but now it is very comfortable…

I mix my greek yogurt with the sugar free preserves with fiber. I get an extra 6-12 grams of fiber everyday. I also drink tons of water, eat lots of veggies and if needed use mirolax. I hope you find something, it took me a few weeks to get myself regulated!

it may be that you are at the weight that your body is comfortable with. At 5'7" and 139 pounds you are at a very healthy weight so it is going to be harder for you to lose weight. I would definitely change up eating and workouts.

I am on the 17DD where you eat very little carbs. I eat grapefruit, any kind of berries, apples & pears:-):smile:
