I was on a month plateau. I started the 17 day diet which is high protein and low carb and it helped push me through it and I started losing again. I am on Cycle 1 Day 14 and so far it hasn't been bad. There have been a few days I have wanted some carbs but besides that I am doing well on it. I started the 17 day diet which is no carbs for the first 17 days and unlimited lean proteins (chicken, turkey and ground turkey), fish and veggies. 2 servings of fruit before 2 pm and 2 servings of probiotic foods. I lost 2 pounds in one day:-)

Truvia is made from the stevia plant and essentially is the same thing. I add 2 tablespoons of sugar free fruit preserves (blackberry is my fav) to the greek yogurt and I love it:-)

I am on week 2 of the 17 Day Diet which is no carbs the first 17 days and then slowly introduce healthy carbs the next 17 days. You are supposed to lose 10-12 pounds the first 17 days. You can get the book at most stores. Good Luck on your journey!!!

Do you work out? strength training? Working out will help you lose those inches too. I am the same way...no cheat days for me. I eat healthy but I also figure out ways to get my cravings in my diet in a healthy way. I also eat in moderation and it has worked great for me. I take Alli with every meal. I also work out 6 days a week and eat about a 1200 calorie diet.
