Funny, my boyfriend and I JUST talked about this last night. I am on day 4 as well, but not seeing that kind of results, I think my body is very use to those workouts... I did Total Body in the Hip Hop Abs last night after the 30DS at lunch and my body was screaming... I was NOT use to those moves! :-)

I will accept this challenge, this will be a VERY hard one for me as I am ALMOST to my total weight loss with the 15 lbs... but I will add to it and say 2 inches off my waist!! That way i can tone if I don't loose any weight... I need to get my waist to some good looking abs!! Love your challenges!!

When my son was 3 I use to pitch to him out in the yard as we lived on a large lot. Well, one day he came up to me and asked "Mom, will you go outside and b*tch to me?" I still crack up thinking about this because it took me about 15 mins to realize he wanted me to pitch to him....

More suggestions: do some weight training and not just walking or running. It helps to build muscle which will help you burn through fat faster. Or do some fast pace, incline intervals on the treadmills. Something to rev up your body.

Any dish that you cook a noodle in, you can make with a Veg instead. For example, spaghetti, either use spaghetti squash in place of noodles, or cut your veggies like noodles (long onions, long green peppers, squash, ect) and add spaghetti sauce. Coffee for sure!! I am all about fitting it into my calories for the day. In fact, i think I woudl rather eat all veggies and meat just to keep my coffees! Mochas, brewed, it doesn't matter.

A long time ago I did the 6 meals a day and lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. I would say it works as long as you are eating GOOD food at each meal. I currently am good to get 3 in me due to time but I try to do my snacks when I can. How do you change it to be 6 meals on MFP?
