I love piercings and tattoos!!! I have two tattoos (so far). Five piercings in my left ear (just got three for my birthday) and 3 in my right ear (will be getting my forward helix done, so then it'll be 4), my nose and my bellybutton.

Don't get discouraged. Its difficult to figure out what works for anyone when dieting, but there is an extra layer of difficulty for those of us with PCOS. I have lost 60 lbs without meds, just focusing on my diet. When I first started I cut out all carbs for about a month and just focused on cardio. I then brought back…

Missa3428 has it covered. Its hard to lose with PCOS, but not impossible. I've lost somewhere around 65 lbs since I started. I am at my goal weight and just working on muscle now. It can be done. Don't get discouraged.

oh my gosh, no joke! My trainer puts me on it for 10 min at the beginning of every session. It makes me want to die. He told me that he does it for 60 min at a time. 60 min!!! I can't imagine.

I think I agree with you on this. At first it was a blast, now its just lonely.

I am in your shoes exactly, only a little older. People my age aren't at the clubs anymore. I actually haven't figured out where they hang out. maybe they are all home with their wives. ha ha. Dancing was always my ice breaker too, so I'm forced to talk to people, which is so scary!

I definitely can agree with that. I tried dating a bit last year and early this year, but it just isn't easy. So, I haven't tried again. Seems like its all just a big game and thats not what I'm looking for. So, I am waiting for the universe to just throw someone at me. lol

Welcome back. I've been back for a little over a year now and its definitely a game I have to re-learn. :) I'm not sure I've figured it out yet.

My starting weight was 210. I lost 60 lbs and I have NO sagging skin anywhere on my body. None. Just do it slow, work out and lift weights. As long as you take your time and get fit int he process, you should be ok. :)

I'm not sure that I am buying into this calculation. I'm 5'8", 6" wrist which makes me a small frame. So, it says I should be 126-139. Last year when I was at my lowest weight due to anorexia I was 137 and I looked like a skeleton. I had literally no muscle, no fat, nothing. Now I am healthy again and not even close to…

Fantastic! Thank you!

First of all, your weight loss is spot on. Congrats on that, you are losing about 1-1.5 lbs a week. This is a great rate for keeping it off. I also have PCOS, so weight loss is difficult for me as well. It took me two years to lose it all and keep it off. The first thing I notice is that you aren't eating enough. Stop…

I think the product in general is a scam, but I have friends that sell it and did get a bmw out of it. I have seen the results from the shakes and it works, but diet and exercise works too. People are always looking for the quick fix, and that is what they are selling. So, I think you are right to worry, but the company is…

What is your calorie intake? Do you notice any differences with your hair? When I was eating too few calories (read anorexic) my nails were peeling and my hair thinned. Could be a nutrition thing. Make sure you are eating enough, its hard to revers if its from nutrition, took me 6 months of eating healthy to start to go…

google runners knee. Sounds like thats the issue. I have been dealing with it lately too. They say to stop running for a while. I haven't followed that suggestion yet, but my knees still hurt, so maybe I should.

I cut out processed carbs and white sugars as advised by my doctor and I lost 40 lbs in three months. The last 10-20 came off more slowly over the next year by upping my exercise and continuing to limit processed sugars/carbs.

I am trying to do this right now as well. I am really looking forward to the replies.

Right now I feel like I'll be alone forever. I just got divorced, tried dating and he left. Feeling pretty alone rigt now and not quite sure where to even go from here.

Good luck! I was in your shoes late last year. I had made it to 170 and was happy with my body, and even looking back, it looked nice. But, then I decided that I just wanted to finish this race. My goal was 160, but I ended up shooting past that and made it to 150. Now, I am working to see if I can get to 145, but if I…

I kept all my jeans from college. So, 10 years. They are all too big now. Which sort of bums me out since I held onto them for so long.

ME TOO!!! I am a Jeep girl through and through! Got my first one in 04, and I'll never own anything else.

Oh my gosh, this song, and also for some reason the Date Rape song by Sublime makes me kick it up a notch. Super weird, right?

I was in a wedding and saw the pictures a few months after the wedding. I was humiliated with the way that I looked (the picture is in my profile - purple dress). Even still when I look at those pictures I have to hold back tears. I decided that day that I would get back to a size 10 (I was in a 16 at the time). So, I…

First, 2 lbs is really fantastic for your first week! You should truly shoot to lose no more than 2 lbs a week ever. I do have PCOS, and while it is a bit more difficult to lose weight, I would say that you are right on track. Just keep doing what you are doing, because those are fantastic results!

I have PCOS. I eat back my exercise calories most days. But, stop when I am full. I don't force myself to eat them. I have lost 53 lbs so far, and am the thinnest I have been since high school. Its working for me.

Switzerland is beautiful. I had the chance to go for work last year, and both my husband and I loved it!!! Ireland and Italy are both on my list as well.

I have a million! Most of them are places I want to see. But, I will give you my top 5 1. Go to Ireland - planning for vacation next year 2. See the Eifel Tower - Going to Paris in 17 days 3. I want to see Greece 4. See Niagara Falls - going this summer 5. See the grand canyon I can think of about 50 others, but I don't…

I feel your pain. My arms were one of the last parts of my body to start shrinking. I have always had larger arms and it was making me feel bad about myself. But, eventually the inches started to melt off. It took a long time, but they will go. Just stick to it. My arms are still bigger than I would like, but much closer…

Well, the sad thing is.... I work from home. But, on the bright side I do have to go to the office W-F, and then we head to Vegas on Sunday through Thursday for a work event. Which is why I had to go shopping yesterday. I don't think that my coworkers wanted to see me in the only things that fit (my bra and underwear) in…

Ahhh Congrats!!! That is so fantastic!!
