When you first start losing weight it will fall off fast but after a month or too it will slow up. I personally think that losing 60 lbs in 4 months is a realistic goal you should plan to lose about 2 lbs each week. I hope things go well for you and feel free to add me if you would like. Good for you for taking the first step. This journey will not be easy and sometimes you will fall right on your face. No I don't do that with my workouts but I do it with my food for the day. When I get up I eat breakfast and log it. WHile I am already on the site I log my lunch and snacks for the day then I pack the food and head off to work.

Ye tis a good idea to set a long term goal but do not focus on it. If you keep staring a 100 lbsin the face you will fall on yours and never be able to recover from it. I personally set 25 lb goals. For as long as I can remeber I wanted to be a nurse. Got accepted to a really good collage for that and never went. I have been a cna and a personal caregiver and I am really good at it but can't afford to not work full time so that I could go fet my nursing degree.

bahaha very funny and a bit true. On the flip side I married a wonderful really thin man and I was super overweight. He loves me no matter what. I say that you should eat some of them back if you are burning 600-800 cal and only taking in 1200 in a day then you are only really netting like 600 a day. I lke to listen and see what eveyone is doing for their won journeys. For me what is working is to eat at least 5 small meals each day. I have lost 56 lbs here and a total of 76 so far so I think it is each to own. Good points from both sides though.

I have found that when I splurge to much and gain a few lbs of water weight that even though I up my water to like 16-20 glasses it still takes a few days to release all that water. a few weeks ago my daughter and I both had our toes painted teal with teal flipflops to match. Right now I am sportin a light bronze. I cannot stand to have my nails painted. What they said is correct you should try it that way and it will be much easier for you to input. The other thing I wanted to tell you is that it is ok to be over in your protein because protein builds muscle which burns fat. I try and go over or eat least eat all of my proetin and fiber every day.
