I do mostly cardio I burn lots of calories and it makes me feel better. I do however do other things like workout tapes, weights, hiking, and classes at the gym. I try to keep things mixed up so my body never gets comfortable with the workout. Keep up the good work.

Yes I was thinking the same thing. Also you can try greek yogurt and stuff like couscous and grains. They tend to be on the high end of calories but really good for you.

I place my bread on my food scale then zero it out. I apply my peanut butter till it reads what it is supposed to read. Love my food scale it saves the day all the time. I know they sale a pretty good one at walmart which is where I got mine for like 20 bucks.

Yes I always weigh more during that time of the month. It does not matter for me how well I eat or how much I work out my body tends to gain and then it slowly comes back off.

that is no small victory it is a huge one. Congrats on that and be super proud of yourself. Yes there will be stumbles in the road heck somedays if feels more like road blocks completly but never give up and never say die cause you are worth the hard work. it does not look bad if your asking for oppinions than I think that you should watch your salt intake as well. It has a tendancy to sneek up on you and you will go over so quick. The food looked pretty good.

Mrs. Dash has some wonderful tasting alternatives. Also if you must sprinkle salt on your food while cooking then there is also a no salt salt. It is located next to the regular salt. It is very very pricy though.
