Calorie wise? How i'm I doing? I think 2morow for lunch i'm having a tossed salad.

    I think you look pretty good. You may want to consider more fruits and vegetables. Also, I'm wondering about your sodium level as you have a lot of processed items.

    it does not look bad if your asking for oppinions than I think that you should watch your salt intake as well. It has a tendancy to sneek up on you and you will go over so quick. The food looked pretty good.

    I'm no expert, am struggling with my own plateau right now, but you only had one glass of water. Drinking more might help, but your calories looked good to me.

    I think that you might be eating fewer calories than you should. Going under 1200 cals is NEVER a good idea. Usually MFP has good calorie goals, based on each person's age, height, weight, goals, etc. I'd try to stick as much as possible to that calorie goal. Don't try to rush things up, go one step at a time and you'll see results but won't suffer throughout the process.

    I'd also try to include more veggies and healthier foods to your meals, slowly so you get used to them without feeling deprived.
