MFP tells me to eat 1200 a day to lose weight too. But I keep 1200 as the net calorie so if I work out more, I can eat more :D So this motivates me to workout haha.. If I burned 200 cal by working out, I eat 100 more cal I like to set up my meals day before and try to keep it the next day. That is why I love MFP. Eat lots…
