My favorite is pork tenderloin ( I sear, then cook in the crock pot and always have on hand), over Great Northern beans, with hot sauce, and a steamed veggie ( I just buy the frozen steamable bags). Super easy to toss in my lunch bag, and just a few minutes of microwave prep at work.

I make a double batch of steel cut oats in the crock pot. Every morning, I take a portion to work, add a little water, and reheat in the microwave. Very, very filling with lots of staying power!
