Weight can fluctuate quite a bit. If you're keeping your calories where they should be and working out, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. But I would weigh just a tad less often...maybe once a week or once every two weeks? don't get discouraged! I'm sure you're on the right track!

It's really individual I think...I used to weigh daily. But a persons body weight fluxuates so much from day to day, that I stopped doing that (for the most part, lol). Weekly or every two weeks is great!!! Sounds like you're on the right track!

Great post! There is some truth to it....BUTTT, I think you struck a nerve with your "it's never ok" parts. You also failed to disclose that you cheat on occasion in your original post. However, it's whatever works for you...I like to eat what I want, eat healthy when I can, and eat a quarter pounder if the mood strikes…

I have 7...one on each wrist in the inside, one on the back of the neck, one on the right shoulder blade, one on the top of the foot, one on the opposite ankle, and a tramp stamp. I don't think any of mine are very noticiable and they can all be covered. good luck! I love them all!! Back of my neck and wrists are my faves!

It really depends on how you put it in the search, but I can usually find everything after a little time. However, you could always look up cheeseburger, then seperately look up cheese. Deduct that in my your mind, then enter as quick calories. Or just peek on calorieking, see if you find it, then enter as quick cals. Hope…
