Yey! I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks. I've never lost weight in my life and this is the first time that I have ever really tried. It is so not as bad as I thought and a lot easier to stay motivated once you see and feel the difference!. :D

I've just started to and I've started on a 1500 cal/day. I'm not finding it too hard and it is a far cry from what I used to have! :) . Maybe you should up your intake by more calories. Once it starts feeling like a chore and horrible because you're hungry I think that's when you want to give up. Try something a bit more…

I totally agree. This site is so awesome for me. Its good to look up the things that I usually eat in abundance and be horrified by the calories and fat. Definitely motivating. :)

When I first joined my gym I hated it. Everyone was all toned without a drop of sweat and fancy gym clothes. I felt like I has to keep up with the joggers on the treadmill and was so self conscious, haha. I like it a bit better now after the New Year when there are plenty more people my size and just as clueless. :)
