I myself too have a 5 year old in school and a 3 year old at home. All I have figured to do during the winter is check out exercise videos from the local library and workout after the kids have gone to sleep. I have to say it has helped me get a better nights sleep too. I suggest a bath after the workouts, hot water soaks…
