I do a similar one that is my go to sweet snack - 3/4 cup peanut butter (regular, almond, etc), 1/8 cup honey. 3/4 cup oats, 2 small or one large scoop protein powder. One of my favorite, light weight tshirts has had a small hole in it from rubbing against the button of my jeans. Yesterday I noticed the hole is now a full 2 inches below my jeans buckle. My shirts have gotten taller :)

I have 14, 11 year old boys and a 7 year old daughter- they keep me on the go as well! You are welcome to add me if you like. My diary is open. I've found that using the time I am already somewhere with them (ie soccer practice) to walk, etc works very well for me. And we do bike rides, etc.

I found that if i made a challenge out of trying to find some new foods it kept them from being so boring. I've lost 33 pounds since January doing what you said. I stopped drinking pop, started drinking tons of water, set my calories and made healthier choices to stay within those calories (more fruits/veggies/yogurt/avacado/omlets, etc), and walked a bunch. I'm 5'7" and just hit my goal weight yesterday of 125 and am very comfortable here + or - a few since fluctuation is normal. I have a small frame though. Too much more would be too thin- if I start putting on muscle (my next goal) then 130-135 would be about right.

Carmella - we are very close to the same. I'm on 85 days, down 17 lbs, with a goal of 5-10 more to end up between 130-135. I've stalled out the last couple of week so sticking to it and being patient and hoping to drop below 140 this week!
