I'd try finding friends on here... maybe find something in common like insanity or a your diet, like keto or whatever it is your doing... I only have about three but there is one who motivates me, advises me and asks how I am mentally. I find this incredibly comforting. Oh and definitely more cals chap! L

Hey, Ok, week one I found shocking... didn't realise how unfit I'd got myself into... BUT IT GETS EASIER!!! Up to this I had been walking on a treadmill on a large incline for 30-40mins.... So I started C25K in April time... got to week 5, run 3, did the 20 min run, felt great and for what ever stupid reason I gave up!?!…

Hello all! Never thought to look on here for C25K... :) I also completed WK5 R3 today and completed 20 mins of running without walking. To be honest, I'm a little down about it... I stupidly set 'map my run' for the first time to work out my distance and I only ran 1.18 miles... I expected much more than that... Worried…
