I did Slim in 6 about 4 years ago - it worked well. The extra dvd with the quick ab workout, was a really great way to work my core center in just 10 minutes. I have lost the discs now, but if I had them I would be doing it.

Check out Bill Phillp's "Eating for Life". Lots of good recipes for every meal, and snack ideas as well. I really like the turkey meatloaf : -)
