I've only lost 5-6 lbs since January and I want to lose 16 more. My measurements don't seem to be moving but I can go longer and at a higher level than I could before with cardio. Also I went up on some weighted leg work but other than that nothing. It just doesn't seem worth it sometimes.

I do buy my own groceries and make my own meals a majority of the time. But, like I said, I feel very rude if my parents graciously decide to make me something and I turn it down. But yeah, I do try to keep smaller portions. It's just hard. ;[

Haha, I know! The hips is the one thing I'm not really worried about. They have ALWAYS been that way. Even when I was 20lbs lighter. People make fun of me and say I have birthing hips lol.

ANOTHER QUESTION: I should update my TDEE when I lose weight, right? How often should I be doing that? To me, it doesn't make sense to keep the same TDEE if you weigh 10 lbs less than you did when you first calculated it.

I hate the treadmill because after even a minute I get KILLER shin splints, so I hop right off. I can do an hour on the elliptical no problem though.
