• Yes people I don't generally see that often have been saying to me that I look look good. I have also been getting looks on the tube when going to work. Either that or it is all in my head lol

• Hi I am on exactly the same path. Up until about 10 years ago I always stayed in shape. Then family and career got in the way. I started just over a week ago. Baby steps for now but I'm loving it.
