Had a Zumba class this morning! I'm ready for Saturday... after a nap, maybe!! :) I haven't had my HRM for very long.... Does 721 cal. seem like an appropriate burn?? Just want to make sure! Other folks say MFP calculate calorie burn high, but since I've gotten the HRM, it's low.... Hope ya'll have a great weekend!!

I have to be apart of this crew!! I have Zumba wii and love it! and my real class is starting back up tonight with my favorite instructor, cassy! I bought an HRM last week, so I'm very curious what I'll burn tonight!! Happy Zumba-ing, everybody!!!

Quick Wii fit exercise question--- the rowing squats.... how in the heck do i get in the blue part?! I'm doing exactly what the little characters are doing, but I get 0 points!!! so weird : ) Thanks for the help!

I have the same problem with motivation! I'm doing better this go around, but usually, I'm really good for about a month (or probably even less) and then I peter out.... I the MFP will help us with that!! We can do this!!!!

LOVE Wii Zumba! and Just Dance! both get me sweating! I need to pick up an HRM though, so I can figure out how many calories i'm burning. Any one have a good suggestion for one?

Does frozen pineapple give anyone else's smootie a funny after taste?? I love pineapple, but I can barely drink this thing this morning! cheers! britt
