Started just a few days ago :) and ive lost 3lbs so far but im starting weight is 250 and this am i was 246.5 add me if you'd like too :) i have a very long ways to go... Id love to lose 100 Lbs of Fat!!

It takes 4 Weeks for you to notice your body chaning 8 weeks for your friends and 12 weeks for the rest of the world. Give it 12 weeks. Don't Quit. :D
