I don't think you need to exercise to lose weight. I gave birth to twins on April 26, 2009 at 176lbs. I have not worked out , other than chasing two toddlers around ... And am currently 115lbs. Good Luck!!

Yes twins are definitely awesome! My girls are 21 months. Everyone keeps telling me I'm going to have twin boys next -- that would be intense lol.
