45 minutes of gardening this morning, great start to my minutes! So warm I was working in a t shirt!

Challenge #3 Ginger Today's menu is stir fried chicken with ginger and spring onions. This was served with broccoli, carrot, peppers and noodles. This is a regular meal and we love the settling effect ginger has on our stomachs.

Challenge #1. I completed the 2.5k walk outdoors in the fresh air. It was quite chilly so it was a brisk walk. I did this because I wanted to score points for the team and enjoyed the motivation,

That's a good healthy loss! Don't get despondent, if you weren't doing this you would probably have gained weight. Try adding a short walk to the days you don't exercise. Good luck, stick with it!
