Hi i have been trying intermittent fasting 8/16 hours, combined with keto or at least low carb. Seems to be working better now.

Great news for you, well done, encouraging to me. I have used APAP for three years. full face mask since I always have trouble breathing through nasal passages. Started with AHI = 66, unknown now. My pressures have dropped after losing about 30 pounds, from 18 maximum to 14 maximum, and I am sleeping better. Still cannot…

I just poached some chicken breasts, low and slow on the stovetop. Use water, chicken base, salt and pepper. Then shred it using two forks. Made some fajitas. Will save the rest for curry, chicken salad or whatever comes to mind.

Several, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver and Impaired Fasting Glucose to name a few. After losing just 20 pounds, I saw important reductions in APAP pressure, Liver enzymes and FBG. (Happened to visit my Doctor, and he ran the blood tests out of curiosity). That's a good idea thanks, think I will take some bars with me on next flight to UK. Airline food has really gone downhill over last few years, mostly based on cheap carbs like pasta and pizza on last few flights.
