YES - if its high intensity like insanity or turbofire you really need them. If I am lifting or doing lower impact stuff I sometimes dont, but I do feel a bit safer wearing shoes - ouch lol

Healthy snacks and lots of water and coffee. I also keep some options hot chocolate in my drawer if I fancy something sweet (40 cals a mug and very satisfying). I also get a 'graze box' delivered to work which contain 4 healthy snacks.....

I have pondered this very question very recently when my son went into hospital for an operation – every person I met, except the surgeon, that’s nurses, reception staff, cleaners etc were overweight to obese! Nurses must walk miles during an average shift….you also see allot of them at the gates smoking and that shocked…

i am in a kinda similar situation, in that I easily stick to healthy eating and my goals mid week and then stray at the weekend. this is a combination of eating out more and being in situations where you do not control your meal (i.e. eating with family and friends). I am 10 months in and I am still struggling with this…

I liked this thank you... I actually realize I am in stage 3 and I can remember all the times I have quit at stage 2. This time I think I was ready to make lifelong commitments to my health.... well done everyone, keep at it!

You definitely look slimmer in the bottom picture...I am in a similar situation, dropping inches but not much on the scales, I try not to let it bother me! Keep up the good work.
