Kristen, I typically eat some, if not all of my workout calories and am still losing consistently. I do have days where I am just hungry all day and may go over my total calories no matter what I do. I think I am too. I also have my husband using MFP and he has 2 of the ladies he works with using it too. Our daughter also uses it. We're just a MFP family!!!

Just take one day at a time. Also, don't set goals that seem too out of reach. Set smaller, realistic goals. Then when you achieve them easily set harder goals. Remember the weight didn't go on over night and it won't come off overnight.
