My woman crush is Idina Menzel. I love theatre and she was the original Elphaba in Wicked :smiley: Getting ready to do Sally again. I've already got 125 minutes of cardio in. I think doing Sally every day will help my strength totals.

My #'s are up, I killed in cardio this week but I want to get in more strength than the bare minimum. As far as punishment goes I think burpees are a great idea.

I'm in. I struggle with consistency and am hoping a group like this will help me. I've been hovering at 201-203 for a while now and want to see me #'s under 200!

How about daily challenges too. Something like 50 squats each day? Or even food challenges like no junk food or artificial or added sugars?
