  • I agree. I'm finishing W3 today and it wasn't bad. I'm not sure what my weight will be - anxious to see the scale in the morning!

  • Feeling Great! Never too hungry - can always have a snack - and happy with my progress. Love that nothing is excluded completely over the course of the plan, even alcohol!
  • On W3D5 tomorrow and happy to report feeling good during this phase. AND losing weight and clothes looser! Whoop!

  • Good luck to all of you just starting/about to start! I like this plan. Seems doable and meant to be either short term or as long as you need it. I like that flexibility! And you know you are eating clean and healthy so you are setting good habits! Jen
  • The FAQ post a little further down confirms the special K shakes are ok as well as the snacks as long as they stay within the calorie requirement. You might want to look at that post - it helped me l lot! Best, Jen
  • I'm starting W3 tomorrow so a few of us are close together and most of us within a week of each other. Great for helping each other out! I'm visiting my daughter and grandbaby for a few days so I'm really having to kind of wing it. I did bring my nutrabullit so that helps. Hope everyone has good success this week! Jen

  • I have actually felt pretty good, even though cutting back to only one cup of coffee was hard. I'll bet it is just the cold making you feel punk.
  • Did you find the daily calorie count to be very different than week one? I start W2 tomorrow. I lost 2.7# in W1 so really pumped about this plan.
