Hi guys op here. I forgot to add in my commute hours- it takes me an hour to go to and from work. So basically I leave home at 7.30am and get home at 7.30pm. I don't have a gym membership so I usually exercise when I get home. There's a park near my house where I usually run at. I want to exercise more so that I can…

Oh sorry my weight is 120 lbs not 110
-
I eat chicken and pork from time to time too

I've never felt this weak and lightheaded before so I'm not sure what to do. Please help!

Oh my goal is to stay fit and in shape. I've seen lots of people training hard daily on instagram and all and I guess I feel that I'm obligated to exercise as much to lose fat and develop a little muscle tone.

Oh yes I really want to go to the doctor's but I'm afraid to tell my parents because I'm afraid that they will make me stop playing sports and running and I honestly can't live without them because exercising literally keeps me sane (I had depression before I started exercising regularly).

Hmm she doesn't care about healthy. She likes skinny. I don't like to be stick thin. Also, she often says I shouldn't focus on my looks which are temporary and then she goes on to tell me I need the body of a supermodel. Ironic much?

Okay but the problem is... As much as I hate my mum's remarks about my body (it made me incredibly insecure and I hate myself and how I look and I don't even dare to wear sleeveless clothes because I am afraid that my mum will tell me I have fat arms) even though all my friends think I am pretty or cute I just never see…

I've wanted to go to a therapist... But she refused and even laughed at that idea. Seriously.... I even tried going to a counsellor but it didn't work. Also, I can't move out because I live in Singapore and the culture is that you don't move out until you get married due to the lack of space in the country lol

Anyone of you people have been through this before? How do you all deal with this? I'm 19 this year by the way, if you all are wondering. I feel really self conscious and uncomfortable when I'm around my crush as well which really sucks. He's in the same sports team as I but I've never spoken to him before (the girls don't…

Okay I'm back from my break and here's what came out of the one week break. It wasn't a complete break because I still went for a walk for an hour daily but nothing vigorous like running or strength training or anything like that.I was just walking at a normal speed (not strolling) from monday to saturday. I did a light 2…

If I put them as they are into muffins and such, will it make the baked goods taste overly tart? :/ just curious!
-
Oh wow I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing! :)

What you can't lose fat and build muscle at the same time?! And I kept hearing people wax lyrical about strength training and hiit to gain muscle and lose fat. Is that wrong? As in, I genuinely want to know because I want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Ermmm I'm not sure how this is relevant to my topic but thanks?? Haha I wear a size S in forever 21 though not Xs haha and I wear size 6-8 pants not size 2, unfortunately.

I'm not sure... But all my dad's 5 siblings have got knee problems except my dad and they've all had knee surgery. However, only 2 of them are overweight. The rest are of a healthy weight. I'm 56kg and 159cm. Although I'm not skinny, I don't know it it would cause my knee problems. I think for theirs it isn't inflammation…

Well I'm 18, gonna be 19 in a month and a half and I'm hoping to look more toned and lose fat. I know we are supposed to aim to be the best versions of ourselves but I can't help but have a so called "goal body" to keep myself motivated to achieve my goals. Currently, my goal body is:…

Aw thanks for taking the time to type this long post. I read appreciate it! I guess I'll have to work on my confidence... I have been doing lots of squats and stuff and I do think I look better in skirts and dresses, but it can be pretty inconvenient in school where I have to climb stairs and stuff. Sometimes, I'll feel…

Alright! Thanks!

Oh my gosh yes! This was what I meant! You basically just helped to summarise my long post in one sentence. Praises for you haha

Omg I need friends too. I currently have no one to support me in my progress and eating and stuff and I'm afraid to add friends randomly. Anyone who wants to be my friend can just add me. I'll definitely accept! And I use the site daily so :) nice to meet you

Or, does anyone have any idea what sort of shorts are flattering for someone who doesn't have a supermodel 's body? My legs are naturally on the bigger side (Trust me, I was super underweight when my legs were on the slim side. My legs get pretty chunky even at a normal weight. Genetics I assume ugh)

Loving this thread

oh I was hoping to become more toned but at the same time lose fat. I'm not sure if it is enough exercise? ALSO, I am wondering, if the ratio of cardio to strength is good or should I do more strength/more cardio? AND, is nike training club (the app) a good enough strength training workout?

Yes that's because it IS NOT a troll thread or I wouldn't be replying? And my mum told me to avoid running in the rain because she believes that it will make you fall ill and a couple of my friends said the same, that's why I'm asking. If anyone's a troll here, it would be you.
