I buy Better N Butter Peanut Butter. I find it at Super Target and some grodcery stores and online. It is the best substitute for the real thing, of course real Peanut Butter is the best. Better N Butter has 2 g of fat, 100 cal. for 2 TBS. It comes in low soiium, and choccolate too.

You are awesome!! I am that person ~ the calorie restriction then weight loss then binge and gain and repeat and repeat......but it gets harder and harder. This time I will succeed, I will be good to my body. Thank you so much for the straight forward encouragement!!

I too think you probably need more calories to fuel your body. I have never done TF but it looks like an intense work out. BTW, is it worth the money. It looks like a kick boxing work out I used to do at the gym that I loved. The trainer moved and the gym replaced the work out with Zumba which I love but I saw much more…

Yum, I bet it is great in greek yogurt,,,,,,just might try that tomorrow. Thanks for the idea! I love any kind of Peanut Butter which is my MAJOR weakness. Has anyone tried Better N Butter Peanut Butter? It is almost as good as the real stuff but half the calories and very little fat. I LOVE it too!

I know I need to wait 4 to 6 weeks for results but did you gain in the beginning??? I started a week ago and I am already up 2 lbs ~ super frustrating. It took a lot longer to lose that two lbs and came back really quick. Any help would be appreciated.
